Role Responsibilities: Sourcing top talent: Proactively identify and engage high-calibre Technology and Operations professionals through online platforms, communities, and headhunting. Running the process end-to-end: From initial outreach and screenings to offer management and onboarding support. Championing candidates: Act as their career partner, guiding them through every step with honesty and care. Owning client relationships: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, share market intel, and become their go-to talent advisor. Driving new business: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, pitch our services, and help grow our market footprint. Required Experience: Junior level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with internship experience in recruitment, HR or sales. Mid level: minimum 1-3 years in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in Technology or Financial Services. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using recruitment platforms, databases, and productivity tools. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities.
