You'll be at the front line - generating leads, qualifying prospects, making cold calls, running outreach campaigns, and building the growth engine with us from scratch. This role isn't for the faint-hearted. We want someone with a thick skin, sharp wit, and a "let's go" attitude. Bring your voice, your energy, and your ambitio n. What You'll Be Doing: Prospecting and generating new leads - you'll build our lead lists and feed our CRM like a machine. Crafting and executing cold outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and the occasional cold call. Qualifying inbound and outbound leads - you'll learn how to sniff out a good one from the fluff. Supporting in B2B campaigns, partnerships, events, and networking efforts. Learning sales, marketing, and recruiting fundamentals directly from our founder. Sitting in on client calls and shadowing real deals from pitch to close. What We're Looking For: Confident communicator (verbal + written) who's not afraid to speak up or strike a conversation with anyone. Grit, hustle, and hunger. You don't wait for instructions - you figure it out. Curious about the world of startups, sales, HR, talent, or tech. Comfortable with rejection, ambiguity, and a fast-moving environment.
