As a Learning & Innovation Senior Consultant you will be fully responsible for leading business development conversations and pre-engagement workshops for our enterprise clients in both Singapore and Malaysia. This is a rare opportunity for someone looking to develop into a competent business leader in the next 3 years taking on the role of Chief Revenue Officer or Chief of Staff working alongside the General Manager/Founder. Part of the job scope is to provide consulting and advisory services to clients for their learning and innovation initiatives, designing and delivering workshops, and managing client relationships. Some use cases include, digitalisation, change management, reskilling and enhancing customer experience. We are supporting organisations that see the value of capability development, organisation design and systems intervention in accelerating digital transformation. We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and results-driven professional to join our team to work with our marketing and business development colleagues on consultative selling and our operations colleagues on delivery. This is a full-time hybrid role (Based in KL or JB) with ocassional business travel to Singapore (4 to 6 times a year). Responsibilities Be a trusted partner in a growing business in Malaysia and to our local clients Map and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant government bodies, organisations, industry associations, education institutions, private sector companies / organisations, to enhance brand visibility, reach and collaboration opportunities Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and referral partners Develop effective communication assets for our marketing campaigns and sales pitches Craft targeted proposals based on a consultative selling approach Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting or learning & development capacity, with project experience in user-centered design, digital transformation, or product management Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills High EQ and stakeholder management skills Ex-consultants that had to meet a business KPI or a product leader with consulting skills preferred Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw insights Experience working with large organisations in multiple industries or tech startups Knowledge of and experience with agile methods, design thinking, and technology trends and tools Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and/or Arabic aside from English A curious and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving business growth
