- Review and process client's payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLA's.
- Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
- Ensure validation of data such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and etc.
- Ensure ADP performs payroll services based on client requirements while validating that ADP meets required statutory obligations.
- Adhere to ADP's quality standards, policies & procedures.
- Act as an owner to serve your clients and be eager to help them.
- Mentor and guide new joiners/junior associates on their deliverables and activities.
- Adhere to maker -- checker quality check and control process, as the reports, inputs and processing done by you will be checked validated by another assigned associate and vice versa.
- Working based on local country working hours.
- Ideally 5+ years in processing payroll.
- Good knowledge in EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and etc.
- Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
- Ability to showcase working knowledge on Excel is expected.
- Possess logical and analytical skills with a flair for numbers.
- Ability to analyze problems through effective customer interaction and communication.
- Having an eye for detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
