- Monitor drivers KPIs, metrics includes: on-time attendance, total trips driven per month, total working hours etc
- Working with BI team to building dashboards to monitor the driver's performance
- Reviewing the KPI plans and incentives to further improve working efficiencies
- Coordinate with the team on the planning of additional routes, including the allocations of drivers/trucks
- At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word , Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage
- Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Quick learner, adaptable and flexible
- Able to work in a dynamic working environment
- Working location : Pulau Indah, Klang
