WHAT YOU'LL DO: Partner with hiring managers & recruiters to define sourcing strategies aligned with business needs Own full-cycle sourcing for senior technical roles (e.g., Staff Engineers, Data Leads) Drive outreach strategies with a strong focus on personalization and DEI Build and maintain deep pipelines of future-ready tech talent Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Boolean, X-ray search) Analyze market data and trends to support strategic hiring decisions REQUIREMENTS: 6+ years' experience in talent sourcing (ideally in fast-paced or startup tech environments) Track record of filling senior/complex tech positions Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Data-driven approach with experience using sourcing metrics Passionate about diversity & inclusion in hiring ????
