Job Responsibilities : . Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a preference for Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. . Strong verbal and written communication skills. . Customer-focused with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. . Demonstrated ability to work in teams and contribute positively to team dynamics. . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. . Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. . Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). . Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. . Willingness to work in I-City . Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 16 weeks (4 months). Preference will be given to final-year students. . Work with CRM systems or ticketing platforms. . Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. . Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. . Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and transactions. . Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed. . Assist in maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. .
