- Oversee all daily operations of the Golf Department, including golf registration and tournament management efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute ideas and concepts for the planning and promotion of golfing rates, packages, and related initiatives.
- Ensure all golf buggies are maintained in a clean and fully operational condition.
- Oversee golf course staff management, including recruitment, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, team building, and coaching to support employees' personal and professional development.
- Maintain professional and courteous relationships with golfers, and respond to complaints, concerns, and issues promptly and tactfully.
- Ensure the seamless execution of golf tournaments from start to finish.
- Ensure proper administration and enforcement of golf-related rules and regulations.
- Contribute to the Club’s financial objectives, with a focus on increasing annual revenue and profitability.
- Manage and control departmental expenses, particularly staff overtime costs.
- Ensure staff consistently perform their routine tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
- To manage professionally and efficiently oversee all daily operations of the Driving Range Department.
- Manage employees by overseeing recruitment, conducting performance reviews, administering discipline, fostering team building, and coaching personal growth.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the Driving Range, including range mats and all bays.
- Ensure an adequate and continuous supply of Driving Range balls for golfers' practice.
- Manage and control departmental expenses related to staff overtime.
- Ensure staff perform their routine duties in compliance with the standard operating procedures.
- To manage professionally and efficiently oversee all daily operations of the Recreation Department.
- Manage employees by overseeing recruitment, conducting performance evaluations, administering discipline, fostering team building, and coaching personal development.
- Ensure all recreational facilities—including the swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, tennis court, gym, changing rooms, sauna, and poolside area—are well-maintained and kept clean.
- Develop ideas, concepts, and plans to promote recreational activities and increase revenue for the Recreation Department.
- Control departmental expenses related to staff overtime.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or aany related field.
- Must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate with the ability to work independently.
- Tactful, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Energetic and dynamic, with strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, pleasant personality and possessing a positive attitude.
