Your new role Track and analyse sales performance for assigned activities. Develop and manage range plans aligned with business objectives. Formulate product strategies with optimal pricing and cost structures to achieve sales and margin targets. Execute buying decisions based on budget and requirements. Monitor sell-through rates and inventory levels for optimal stock management. Prepare and interpret various performance reports. Analyse sales, product performance, inventory levels, and supplier efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners. Update range plans, product strategies, and purchase decisions post-seasonal buys. Manage seasonal and continuity buys for third-party and group brands. What you&aposll need to succeed Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in retail buying/merchandising, preferably in the retail sector. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. High analytical ability and sensitivity to numerical data. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
