Hire Digital is looking for a Senior Account Manager (Digital) to manage client relations, oversee digital projects, and ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategize, manage and ensure the quality of creative, marketing and digital assets to support client's strategies. Understand client expectations and determine success metrics for a mutually beneficial long-term relationship. Proofread and edit assets for errors and inconsistencies to improve readability. Establish style guides that specify the requirements and tone to create engaging assets. Manage clients & timelines, and review submitted works. Ensure that all assets & strategies adhere to the client's standards and are executed in a consistent and professional way. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience with brand and digital campaigns in an in-house role or agency. Keen eye for design and strong attention to detail. Collaborative skills and ability to drive performance within the team. Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver project deliverables according to deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with an ability to define processes and manage deadlines.
