This role will be reporting to the Head of Advertising & Partnerships.On this specific role the candidate will manage a portfolio of current partners that sit within the CPG (F&B, Beauty, Cosmetics, Electronics, Real Estate, Motor, etc) as well as the Services Industries (Education, Travel, Healthcare, Entertainment, etc.)Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of current partners and ensure the growth of their investment in foodpanda’s solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Identify ways in which we can elevate partnerships and the revenue generated by each account, including expanding areas of collaboration via new products, solutions or initiatives.
- Move from ad-hoc campaigns to quarterly/yearly marketing sales plan with an investment commitment.
- Work closely together with the Campaign Management and Business Development teams and provide valuable insights on potential new partners and campaign optimization recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
- Coach and guide junior team members and be responsible for the planning, performance and revenue growth of these industries within the company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience working in or with CPG or Services related companies in media sales or marketing role. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
- Proven track record in account management roles showing growth of accounts and meeting targets.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales & building client relationships, translating product value to clients
- Excellent in identifying business opportunities and problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing solutions & advertising.
- Experience managing a small team of direct reports is highly valued.
