We are currently hiring for the position of Outdoor Salesperson to promote and sell our products/services to potential customers in the field. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales activities to acquire new customers and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders.
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification or above.
- 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
