- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in corporate communications and investor relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Experience in conglomerates with operations across diverse industries such as construction, telecommunications, renewable energy, manufacturing, and international ventures is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in Investor Relations (e.g., NIRI), Corporate Communication, or Finance (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, including equity, debt, and capital markets.
- Familiarity with investor relations principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, financial modeling, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise messages.
- In-depth knowledge of industries such as construction, telecommunications, renewable energy, and manufacturing.
- Ability to stay informed about emerging trends, technological advancements, and sustainability practices.

- Knowledge of social media and digital communication channels for investor engagement and public relations.
