- Lead and manage the entire motorcycle assembly operation, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize waste, and maximize output.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely availability of materials and components.
- Manage production quality by implementing and maintaining robust quality control procedures.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production team.
- Supervise and motivate a team of assembly line personnel.
- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Generate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assembly operation.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production operations.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a requirement.
