The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the EMS industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Personnel, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMS/COEM/OEM sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EMS industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Participate in E&E show to introduce PgP1,Penang to customer around the world from difference segment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the EMS industry.
Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing services and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as needed.
