The role focuses on supporting daily plant operations through equipment maintenance, breakdown analysis, and continuous improvement of system reliability.Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns involving PLC, motor control, sensors, and automation systems.
Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with plant safety and equipment maintenance standards.
Provide technical support and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when necessary.
Document maintenance activities, updates, and reports using CMMS (if applicable).

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong hands-on experience with PLC systems, M&E, and automated machinery.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or other industrial compliance standards is an advantage.
