Job Responsibility Support consultants on secretarial matters relating to the Family Office structure which may consist of investment holding companies, trusts, foundations and others. Timely preparation of Resolutions, Statutory Forms and Documents within filing deadlines for corporate entities and prompt submissions with the relevant authorities. Maintaining proper records of corporate entities. Assist on following up of clients project progress involving the registration / incorporation of corporate entities / trusts. Liaising with clients for information and documents and coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials. Assist on Minutes writing for clients meetings. Providing administrative support and assisting in the preparation of client documentation or presentations. Maintaining accurate records of client communications and documentation. Coordinating and communicating with third party business partners on the implementation of clients family offices. Any other tasks as and when required for the completion of clients projects. Job Requirements Possess at least professional certificate or degree in corporate secretarial, legal, accounting or business or any other related fields. Fresh graduate are welcome. Candidates with 1-3 years of working experience preferably in Company Secretarial Firm / Trustees Company / Legal Firm / Financial Advisory Firm or related business are preferred. Prefer the candidate can read Mandarin and fluent Mandarin & English as well Full ICSA qualification is an advantage. Sound knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 or other related laws and legislations. Familiar with filing of statutory forms and dealing with governmental authorities. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
