Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding preparation. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and provide regular reports to HR leadership. Assist with employer branding initiatives (e.g., career fairs, LinkedIn campaigns).
