Job Description :1. Financial Planning and Analysis:o Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.o Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.2. Cost Management:o Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, to identify cost-saving opportunities.o Partner with production teams to optimize cost efficiencies without compromising quality.o Ensure accurate calculation and management of standard costing.3. Accounting and Compliance:o Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.o Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.o Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.4. Cash Flow and Treasury Management:o Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.o Optimize working capital and manage banking relationships.o Oversee debt management and capital expenditure planning.5. Strategic Leadership:o Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.o Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.o Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.6. Team Leadership:o Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.o Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the finance department.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage).· 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.· Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing processes.· Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).· Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.· High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.Key Competencies:· Financial analysis and risk management.· Budgeting and cost control.· Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing financial drivers.
