Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language is a plus.
