- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all positions, providing guidance and support to line managers to ensure effective hiring decisions aligned with our recruitment policies.
- Oversee the onboarding and induction process, ensuring completion of pre-employment screenings to safeguard staff's well-being.
- Act as the custodian of staff-related policies and the employee handbook, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to line managers on staff grievances and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent handling of these matters.
- Supervise the implementation of the annual staff appraisal and performance management process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute annual training plans that aligns with business needs and objectives.
- Work closely with the Director to establish succession and talent management processes.
- Oversee the review of pay and benefits, collecting external data to inform decisions and collaborating with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate costing of proposals.
- Provide input and guidance on pay and benefits matters as needed.
- Efficiently handle all HR administration tasks, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in areas such as staff insurance policies and medical benefits.
- Undertake additional reasonable duties as assigned by the Director.
● Effective communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu, written & verbal.
● Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
