We are looking for a Group Senior HR Manager to lead and manage a centralised system of HR operations such as on boarding, off-boarding, payroll, benefits, and training. Individuals with a growth mindset and passion for pushing boundaries are encouraged to apply.Manage HR operations within a shared services framework according to agreed service levels, collaborating with business HR leaders to set appropriate benchmarks for managing HR functions and fulfilling expectations. * Continuously refine and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, communicating them effectively to employees.

Oversee HR budgets, including expense tracking, future forecasting, and alignment with financial goals of the organisation.
Collaborate with various departments to address HR needs, working closely with department heads to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Lead and motivate the HR operations team to deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement.
Enhance HR processes through the adoption of technology solutions and automation.
Stay informed about HR trends and best practices by attending conferences, staying abreast of industry publications, and networking with peers in the HR community.

A minimum of Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
At least ten years of experience in HR management and administration, preferably in a shared services environment and/or using SAP HR system
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent English communication skills
