JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend Front Office Operations such as being a Front-line Cashier, administrative work-related to bank reconciliation and support backend issuance of CODA receipts. Attend inbound calls and provide excellent services to meet Customers expectations, handle administrative work related to inquiries from the departments email boxes /company&aposs WhatsApp. To promote Company app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions, promote insurance service and CRM during inbound calls. To conduct telesales to cross-selling on CEDs products such as CRM and Insurance To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Min Diploma/Degree in any field Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially when handling cash and transactions Willing to learn and a team player Good communication and interpersonal skills.
