Conduct diagnosis of technical defects, troubleshooting to services/repair as a skilled technician as well. Generate services reports and improve in training local installers/EPC to understand the advantages of Deye products. Ability to identify and qualify potential customers within the solar energy industry (installers, developers, utilities). Utilize a deep understanding of photovoltaic systems and PV inverters to support sales efforts. Apply knowledge of inverter design principles, MPPT technology, and power conversion efficiency to recommend optimal solutions. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards relevant to PV systems (e.g., IEC, NEC). Effectively communicate technical concepts and value propositions to customers through presentations and consultations. Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, leveraging strong negotiation skills to close deals. Stay updated on solar energy market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to develop competitive proposals and solutions. Utilize excellent technical writing skills to prepare detailed proposals, technical reports, and layout drawings. Support solar energy project bidding and proposal preparation processes as needed.
