Job Responsibility To work closely with Sales, Service and operation team to gather and compile details of lifts and escalators To update and monitor closely 2nd schedule listing and PMA expiry listing To prepare existing and new maintenance contracts and update authority accordingly To prepare monthly report and any additional reports as per request To support team on all JKKP/MyKKP/MySkud related matters To arrange for safety/technical trainings To update CIDB information and arrange for all related training To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior Job Requirements Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent. Fresh graduate/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Good common of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess own transport. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong in leadership, planning, communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and independently. Computer literate.
