About the Job To manage Customer Information File (CIF) team to ensure incoming customer information are consistent with organization's database and to support regular reporting of Operations initiatives, and implementation of strategic, process improvement and digital projects for Operations. Project Support for Projects / Process Improvements Initiatives To participate in Operations initiative/ process improvement projects as Project Resource using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, DMADV, Kaizen or any proven methodology. Provide support to Project Manager in projects & process improvement initiatives to ensure project deliverables & key milestones are on-track and align with business goals. To work closely with IT, System support team, Project team, Subject Matter Experts (SME) & key process owners on business requirement and identify opportunities within the processes for improvement and optimization. To ensure business requirement are complying with Company policies and guidelines. To prepare, manage, monitor and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution progress. To maintain proper documentation of Functional Specification Document (FSD), UAT results, and post-implementation verification sign-offs. Data Analytics Assist Ops Planning manager to extract data from predetermined sources, data-cleansing and flagging missing values. Create informative charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders. Regular Reporting & Tracking of Operations Initiatives To support Operations Planning Manager in ensuring timely and accurate submission of regular reporting to the senior management and regulations. To assist in ensuring the standardization of KPI and its tracking mechanism. To support Operations Planning Manager in ensuring timely and accurate tracking of Operation initiatives including strategic and process. To ensure an up-to-date dashboard for all Operation initiatives to the management. Customer Information File (CIF) To support Operations Planning Manager in managing the CIF team to ensure incoming customer information is consistent with the organization's database through correction and approval of customer merging in various systems. Resource planning for CIF team to ensure the daily incoming cases, ad-hoc requests, UAT and cleansing activities are completed within the stipulated turnaround time. To liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in identifying risk gaps and possible solutions for system and production issues related to inconsistent customer information. Timely review of any processing errors to ensure data quality is within tolerable threshold and analyze the operational impact and identify control measures to prevent future occurrences. To review Standard Operating Procedure regularly, as needed, and to coach junior staff or new hires. To monitor AML screening activities to ensure the screening and updates are completed within turnaround time. Others Provide support to Ops Planning manager in devising presentation material / speaker notes for COO's update to Agency related events and Board of Directors Orientation. To support yearly budget exercise for Operations. To support other departmental activities where required We are looking for people who Possess tertiary education in Business or Information Technology, Data Science, or any related field. Preferably with working experience in the Life/ Group Insurance Industry or FSI Sector, experience of participating in IT Application/ Digital projects will be a bonus 1- 2 years of experience in Project Management, Business Process Reengineering/Improvements or System Support. Experience in reporting & business analytics, and business process improvements Independent & strong interpersonal skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to produce high quality work under pressure. Project management certifications or has knowledge on Agile, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodology will be a bonus Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
