- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial gases, oil, gas, or petroleum industry.
- Proven track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to be based onsite in Batang Berjuntai.
- Familiarity with the oil, gas, and petroleum industry is a plus.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives within the oil, gas, and petroleum industry.
- Manage and expand the existing client base through proactive business development activities, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer needs in the Batang Berjuntai region.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of KBS Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd's products and services.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical support, to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape, to effectively position KBS Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd in the market.
- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
