Job Responsibility Prepare quantity take off during tender storage. Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities, quotation and claim. Assist project manager to prepare and submit monthly provision and costing report. Assist project manager for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and achieving the targeted project profitability. To organize, coordinate and supervise delivery of equipment, site erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning work with vendors and customer. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Ability to work with all levels of people and adapt to any kind of working environment. Sustain a strong relationship with existing customer and tap into existing customer s opportunities. To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior Co-ordination / Liaise with client / consultant and sub-contractor / supplier. Preparing and checking progress claims to Clients and from sub-contractors. Monitor closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a scheduled & ad-hoc basis. Verified all payments are in order before payments by valuing completed work & arranging payments and schedules. To compile and prepare site labour wages. Job Requirements Language proficiency required: Mandarin / English/ Bahasa Malaysia Qualifications required: Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering or relevant Number of years of experience required: minimum 2 years Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
