- overseeing and executing quantity surveying services throughout all stages of construction projects, while actively engaging with clients and fulfilling technical responsibilities
- does cost plans and estimates, preparation of schedules/bills of quantities, procurement and post contract administration
- capable of taking initiative, working independently with minimal oversight, and collaborating effectively within a team
- willingness and capability to mentor others, overseeing the daily activities of team members under their supervision
