Telesales Agent

• Minimum C1 level proficiency (CEFR) in both spoken and written English
• Proven telesales background, preferably in a B2C environment
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Able to work towards sales KPIs and handle high call volumes effectively.
• Able to learn product knowledge and software tools quickly

• Proactively engage with potential customers via both inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services
• Confidently manage objections, provide clarifications, and drive successful sales closures
• Accurately document all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients
