Expand and strengthen store network across Malaysia by understanding the local real estate and retail landscape.
Establish strategic partnerships with landlords, property developers, and retailers.
Negotiate ideal location and other commercial terms with landlords in line with company policies
Assess legal risks in documents and provide guidance.
Coordinate project schedules and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
Maintain relationships with landlords and oversee existing stores.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum 5 years of retail or real estate Store Development experience.
Familiarity with Build & Lease and Land Lease processes is a plus.
Global retail industry experience preferred.
Paralegal experience is advantageous.
Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Knowledgeable in legal documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel.
