You'll report directly to the founder and work cross-functionally with the leadership and product teams. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure timely monthly management accounts Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Manage company payments and ensure proper documentation and controls Audit & Compliance Be the main point of contact for external auditors and tax agents for annual audit and statutory matters Ensure compliance with latest finance regulations including e-invoice, SST, withholding tax, etc. Liaise with the company secretary and corporate tax consultants where necessary Investor & Fundraising Support Prepare quarterly financial updates for existing investors and support Q&A responses Assist in due diligence and data room prep for fundraising and financing exercises Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the product and business teams to ensure financial considerations (e.g. pricing, tax, cash flow) are addressed in product launches or operational processes Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, audit or finance.
