Responsibilities: * Ensure timely completion of monthly closings and year-end financial reporting. * Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and tax compliance. * Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts in compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements. * Oversee group consolidation and reporting across multiple entities. * Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions. * Strengthen internal control systems and financial policies to ensure compliance and reduce operational risks. * Act as the main liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other regulatory authorities. * Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and systems. * Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high standards and performance. * Drive the IPO readiness process: coordinate due diligence, support prospectus preparation, and liaise with investment banks, lawyers, and regulators. * Support ad-hoc financial analysis and group-level tasks as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent ; Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW). *MIA membership are required*. * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with *at least 3 years in a managerial role*. * *Strong knowledge of MFRS*, SST, tax, audit, and construction/project accounting. * Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *Must be able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese (spoken)*. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure. * Experience in IPO processes and working with public-listed companies is an advantage.
