- Monitors, analyses, and reports S&OP activities to maintain a high customer satisfaction though Monthly forecast maintenance, forecast override and historical statistical demand.
- Host Monthly Consensus S&OP Review and to achieve consensus review for sales demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process.
- Collecting data from internal and external source such as customers forecast and data/market intelligence that are known to assist or affect the demand.
- Obtaining information and details on occurrences that could impact demand like promotions and production delays.
- Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons (rolling forecast).
- Coordinating and seeking cross-functional enquiries activities to reconcile forecasts variances (outliers-items).
- Refining systems, process, and methods to improve demand forecasts in order to better anticipate customer needs and forecast accuracy.
- Provides reporting and analysis on the full breadth of Supply Chain Performance, including Backorders, Backlog, DIO, OTD, Forecast Accuracy KPI and forecast bias.
- Participates and supports in the Global Supply Chain Management Initiatives – Quarterly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent
- Minimum of 4- 6 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Familiar with demand planning software such as ARKIEVA, as well as Oracle BI and ERP Systems.
- Providing input to the supply planning team in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new items, and items phase-outs.
- Provide guidance & support in process and method improvement.
- Self-starter, able to work under minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and result orientated.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices in demand planning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Potential leadership skills
