- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar effectively.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient intake by recording vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.
- Manage billing and payment processes, including insurance claims and patient invoicing.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for patient use.
- Assist medical staff with basic clinical procedures and tasks as directed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and coordinate with suppliers for reordering.
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage patient records, and handle phone inquiries.
- Assist with patient intake, including recording vital signs, medical history, and other necessary information.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Support medical staff with basic clinical procedures and tasks as needed.
- Process and handle patient billing, insurance claims, and other administrative duties.
- Perform a range of beauty services
- Conduct skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments and products to clients.
- Ensure all beauty procedures are conducted in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

- Handle beauty product inventory, including ordering, stocking, and managing product usage.
- Provide aftercare advice and follow-up recommendations to clients as needed.
