ResponsibilitiesClinic Assistance:Patient Interaction:
  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar effectively.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services, procedures, and policies.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process patient intake by recording vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.
  • Manage billing and payment processes, including insurance claims and patient invoicing.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for patient use.
Clinical Support:
  • Assist medical staff with basic clinical procedures and tasks as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and coordinate with suppliers for reordering.
  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage patient records, and handle phone inquiries.
  • Assist with patient intake, including recording vital signs, medical history, and other necessary information.
  • Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Support medical staff with basic clinical procedures and tasks as needed.
  • Process and handle patient billing, insurance claims, and other administrative duties.
Beautician Duties:Beauty Treatments:
  • Perform a range of beauty services
  • Conduct skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments and products to clients.
  • Ensure all beauty procedures are conducted in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Client Relations:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and client retention.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to offer the latest beauty treatments.
Operational Tasks:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of beauty treatment areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment.
  • Handle beauty product inventory, including ordering, stocking, and managing product usage.
  • Provide aftercare advice and follow-up recommendations to clients as needed.
  • Provide a range of beauty treatments and services, including facials and skincare consultations.
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the beauty treatment areas.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
