
Mandarin QA Customer Service Support Role

- Experience in customer service or QA (contact center background is a plus)
- Good understanding of customer service standards and quality metrics
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Able to communicate clearly in both writing and speaking
- Independent, good at managing time and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reports and analysis
- Create and update QA guidelines, and evaluation forms
- Review and assess customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify performance trends, gaps, and training needs through regular reviews
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents and team leads
- Work with training and operations teams to improve service quality and align with business goals
- Generate quality reports and share insights with management
- Support continuous improvement in processes, compliance, and customer experience
