- Ensure the prompt and accurate reconciliation and processing management of client cash and ledgers
- Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes, procedure improvements and system automation
- Enforce compliance in reporting for different regulation purposes, and maintain control and awareness of processes on a day-to-day basis
- Daily reconciliations of deposits and withdrawals ranging from various Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
- Liaising with merchant and client in order to ensure each transaction of deposits and payments are accurate between journals and merchant daily statements extracted
- Keeping the merchant balance accurate as per reported in the merchant portal and statement
- Basic understanding of daily deposit and withdrawal via different methods
- Understanding of client cash movement
- Knowledge of reconciliations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Keen eye for detail
- Fluent English verbal and written (other languages are an advantage)
