- Develop and deliver training program in the area of insurance product and insurance technical knowledge related content to the agency force.
- Coach the agent inside and outside training session in order to constantly improve performance.
- Identify the training needs of the agents from time to time.
- Deliver any training program as required by the management.
- A recognized Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in conducting face-to-face training and developing training materials.
- Able to conversant in English and Mandarin when conducting training.
- Able to use relevant relevant software/applications such as MS power point for the purpose of designing and developing training materials.
- Experienced working with agency distribution channel is an added advantage.
