Job Purpose To develop, implement, improve and manage the procurement activities in the organization. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and implementation of cost-effective procurement strategy; Continuously refine procurement process to enhance control and achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness; Develop and implement risks mitigation strategies; Monitor suppliers' performance to ensuring timeliness and effectiveness of goods and services sourced; Ensure achievement of departmental key performance index ("KPI"); Monitor and manage key performance index ("KPI") of every procurement executives/engineers; Negotiate contracts and deals with suppliers in the interest of the company; Ensure all procurement processes are executed in compliant with company's policies and law and regulations. Review purchase requisition and make recommendations considering commercial and technical factors; Carries out any other instructions given by the superior(s). Candidate Requirements Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, contract management skill, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements specific to manufacturing. Soft Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on manufacturing challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with manufacturing personnel. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including those in production and operations. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Years of Experience Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role and within a manufacturing environment with China procurement experience will be an advantages. Industry Background Manufacturing Education Bachelor&aposs degree in any discipline, or field related to supply chain.
