Job Responsibility You Will Play An Important Role In Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company&aposs products. To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information. Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Requirements Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least an SPM(Pass) and above. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply TRAINING Provided. Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts. Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of break. Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
