- Preferably with Call Centre experience, having a minimum of 1-2 years of Telesales experience will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates with good attitude, independent, & willingness to learn will be considered too.
- Minimum SPM graduate, but preferably University/College graduates.
- Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills, mandarin will be plus
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Willing to work in The Ascent Paradigm, Selangor.
- 5 working day with 2 days off
- Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
- Ability to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME's CRM system & also handle leads via CARSOMEWhatsApp platform
- Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME's used car business, product & service offerings.
- Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car booking
- Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled
- Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.
- Attend to the customers' enquiries by providing the correct information regarding Carsome's used car business product and service offerings.
- To sell Carsome's services to the customers & convince the customers to secure the sale accordingly.
- Remind and confirm customers' appointment(s).
- Proactively persuade customers to reconsider appointment cancellations.
- Proactively inform customer of ongoing deals and promotions.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Correctly identifying, assessing, and resolving customers' true needs by clarifying the problems/issues; determining the root causes; and then solving the problems according to the different situations.
- Always insisting on providing the most accurate and valid information to the customers by using relevant Carsome methods and/or tools provided.
- Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details, and carefully logging customer information where applicable using Carsome tools provided.
- To maintain a consistent daily productivity (appointments & calls) performance.
- To deliver a sustainable monthly overall sales performance - Inspections Target & Sales Target.
- Responsible to follow up on your pending leads (no answer, call back, follow up, no show, cancelled, rescheduled).
- Build a good rapport with the customers to enhance more sales and also to enhance Carsome's bran
