Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process. Prepare event proposal in power point format to share to clients. Conduct research, make client site visits and find new idea resources related to the event management. Establish new brand partner that help enable / enhance the event execution result. Communicating, maintaining and developing good client relationships. Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports. Responsible in servicing / maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts. Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Serve as liaison with vendors / stakeholders on event-related matters. Update sales report for monthly, quarterly & yearly planning. , Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent.
