- Lead and oversee nationwide sales activities in the microelectronics, water treatment, and general manufacturing sectors.
- Identify opportunities in new and existing markets; strengthen the company's network of clients, OEMs, and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet complex client needs.
- Support the development and performance of the sales and support teams through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders in multinational companies, utility providers, and relevant public-sector organisations.
- Align commercial strategies with long-term business goals, focusing on sustainable growth and customer success.
- A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity, ideally within water, manufacturing, or electronics-related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth.
- Experience managing sales teams and working with industrial or technical clients in Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to navigate a range of business settings and client environments.
- A thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on delivering outcomes.
