  • Support the development and performance of the sales and support teams through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders in multinational companies, utility providers, and relevant public-sector organisations.
  • Align commercial strategies with long-term business goals, focusing on sustainable growth and customer success.
Strategic Leadership in High-Growth SectorsLead & Inspire a Talented Sales & Technical TeamA successful Head of Sales - Industrial Solutions should have:
  • A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity, ideally within water, manufacturing, or electronics-related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience managing sales teams and working with industrial or technical clients in Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to navigate a range of business settings and client environments.
  • A thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on delivering outcomes.
