Why does this job exist and why is it critical Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for billing, charging & ordering processes in Business. You will be responsible for supporting GTM as provide operation thinking in the area of Billing / Order and Charging. The area may also cover non traditional areas such as Fin Tech platforms as well as content management platform Responsibilities: . Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. . Oversees design, solution for Order, billing and expected to provide solutions as well as guidance to business analyst as well as vendor where required . Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. . Monitor usage of products/services and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement. . Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations at all times. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred. . Minimum 10 -15 years experience in billing, charging, and order management. Experience in Billing , Ordering ( traditional and non traditional ordering ) with Telco and Non Telco Services as the differentiator . . Strong knowledge of business operations and financial systems. . Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail. . Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. . . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
