This role is primarily responsible for the overall Billing function of the APAC region for Page Group.Billing
  • Liaise with consultants on processing of all types of revenue billing, including adjustments and cancellations.
  • Reconciliation of revenue with Business and investigate any discrepancy.
  • Create new client/billing entity code in NetSuite/Customer Connect.
  • Process any revenue related journals where necessarily not limited to intercompany journal relating to revenue transfer.
  • Act as central point for all invoicing and debtors' payment queries, update invoices when required.
  • Distribute sales invoices to clients when necessarily.
  • Support Credit Control team in the collection of invoices.
  • Understand and ensure that correct GST/VAT/Service Tax is applied on revenue and invoices.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.Accounts Payable (Minimal 5-10%)
  • Provide assistance in Accounts Payables processing as and when required relating to candidate or client reimbursement billing.
  • Check invoices related to O2C Billing and to provide it to accounts payables in processing supplier invoices.
  • Assist in responding to O2C Billing queries related to accounts payables.Other Responsibilities
  • Assist annual audit and tax audit
  • Liaise with HSBC as and when required (regarding client payment and receipt)
  • Provide assistance to the Finance Manager/Accountant as required.

  • Fluency in English
  • Ideally previous experience in Shared Services, familiar with sales order processing and related activities
  • Accounts Receivables & Billing experience desirable
  • Regional experience in APAC
  • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with different audiences.

  • Strong MS Office and sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
  • Graduate with Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration, or
  • Studying towards an undergraduate degree in Accounting
