Job Description Align with leads on daily demands prioritization CV assessment. Clarification with agency, candidate and hiring manager. Send qualified CVs to hiring manager and recruitment team. Backfill interview scheduling if required. Chase for feedback / flag ambiguous feedback. Reassess failed profiles for another suitable demand. Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices. Attend daily cadence call. Update all trackers / agencies of interview status/outcome. Validate hiring details. Priority on scheduling of interviews. Profiles assessments / validation and screening.
