The Instructional Designer will play a key role in designing and developing engaging learning materials and programs tailored to meet business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating impactful training solutions in the business services industry.
  • Developed end-to-end digital learning materials, including instructional content, visuals, inter-activities, and evaluations.
  • Partnered with domain experts to co-create engaging and learner-centered experiences.
  • Ensured all learning outputs adhered to established micro-learning principles and met compliance or quality standards.
  • Applied best practices in learning design to promote accessibility, inclusion, and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Utilised various digital tools to design, produce, and edit multimedia learning assets.
  • Created professional-grade instructional videos and ensured seamless integration into learning systems.
  • Uploaded and configured learning materials within digital platforms, verifying accessibility, technical accuracy, and functionality.
  • Conducted thorough testing and proactively resolved content or technical issues prior to launch.
  • Enhanced and refined learning modules in response to user feedback and pilot evaluations.
  • Collaborated on continuous improvement efforts, including incorporating new features or media elements post-launch.
  • Maintained coordination with technical support teams to address platform-related challenges.
  • Effectively prioritised tasks to meet project timelines and delivery expectations.
  • Contributed to team operations, knowledge-sharing, and supported wider team initiatives as needed.

  • A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and EasyGenerator.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning development tools and instructional design software.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative training solutions.
