Looking for a highly driven, energetic and creative individual for the role of Product Partner to grow and become a member of the EQWIP product team, a tech enabled blended learning and development (L&D) solutions company. In this role, you will be at the fore-front of designing future ready blended L&D solutions for adults who are professionals of all levels or academic leavers, leveraging on tech as well as digital tools to deliver an effective solution which will change the landscape of the L&D market. Responsibilities As a Product Partner, you will be required to: Design L&D solutions for adult learning and organisational development using a blend of tech as well as future ready learning methods. Utilise e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) to build and publish interactive courses. Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to create detailed design documents, course outlines, and lesson plans. Leverage and enhance user as well as organisations development experience using our Learning Experience Platforms. Support the commercial team in designing customised L&D solutions for organisations based on depth and scope of request. Work with and coordinate with cross functional teams to manage product development life-cycle from design to market deployment. Work independently and as a team to increase our level of efficiency and improve collaborative processes. Follow our current processes thoroughly and at the same time, critically seek ways in which we can do better. Understand our OKRs for the year and the role you would play in achieving those results. At times, join the operations team to deploy designed products and solutions to test the validity for market scale. You should apply if you have the following: 1-2 years of experience in designing e-learning and/or training courses Professional and detail oriented A creative mindset to think outside the box Responsible and organised An effective communicator A growth and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. You should definitely apply if you have the following (bonus qualities): Agile and flexible Critical and analytical i.e. more than just a doer but a thinker as well Eager to add value to the team and organisation as a whole Experience in stakeholder management Experience with sales and marketing Proficient in content authoring tools i.e. Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, etc. Experience with LMS and LXP platforms and solutions Interest in volunteering and learning about the Leaderonomics ecosystem Show more Show less
