The Role We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of talents and coordination with internal and external parties. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for creating impactful online experiences. Key Responsibilities: Managing schedule and goal planning for VTuber talents; Overseeing and coordinating the production progress of materials such as illustrations and other related assets Planning and executing products and events for the talents in charge Assisting in tech support and troubleshooting Requirements Required skills, experience and arrangement: Able to work on a flexible schedule to operate on talent's working hours Interest in the VTuber industry English proficiency at a native level Experienced working in marketing, sales or management Desired skills and experience: Experiences working in the entertainment industry Experience in creative production such as illustrations, videos, etc Experience in event planning and production
